We are looking forward to your wedding and providing your guests with a Pacific Northwest experience on Saturday, September 14, 2019. Please read and complete the form below to confirm the details of your day.


Overview

The Hive Catering Co. (The Hive) is providing passed and stationed appetizers, family-style dinner, and stationed non-alcoholic beverages.

Our team is responsible for the following day-of tasks -

  • setting linens and place settings

  • serving passed appetizers and maintaining stationed appetizers

  • providing family style meal service of your menu

  • bussing tables and guest areas during and after the event

  • staging rentals for pickup by The Party Place

Rentals

Please review and confirm your rental order. Rentals will be delivered on Saturday, September 14th, at 11am and picked up on Sunday, September 14th at 10pm.

Dessert

Dessert is being provided by an outside party (Next Door Desserts). The Hive Catering Co. will cut and station cake on individual plates for guests to self-serve.


Bar

The Hive Catering Co. is not providing alcohol or bar service.

We are not able to interact with alcohol in any way (besides bussing used glassware), without a prior request. This ensures that we are able to staff with OLCC licensed servers and obtain the appropriate licensing (if needed) and liquor liability insurance for your event.


Payments Due

Your catering order balance of $12,843.92 is due September 12th, 2019. This balance may change after your delivery of final headcount on August 31st, 2019.

If you are serving a plated meal with multiple entree options or have special meals (vegetarian/vegan), please indicate the number of each.
Only needed if serving a separate meal for vegetarians.
Please indicate the name(s) of the guest(s) and their allergy/allergies.
Include all vendors who have meal requests in their contracts - event planner, photographer/videographer, musicians/DJ, etc. This is usually all vendors that are onsite for the duration of the event.
