How We Work - Full Service Events

Caterers play a key role in ensuring well-planned and executed events. For events meeting our minimums, we go beyond the scope of providing food on the day of your event and instead provide a more comprehensive service that helps our clients prepare leading up to events.

This helps ensure a more successful event - more accurate timelines, better contingency planning, more complete consideration for logistical and material needs, and a smooth execution on the day-of.

We appreciate that your event is important to you - whether its the most precious day of your life or one of many that reflects on your own professionalism. Every event we do is important to us. It is our mission to have happy clients and a reputation for excellence.

We’ll gather all the necessary details of your event in order to determine your menu preferences, service and equipment needs, and estimated guest count. We present an initial proposal that can then be altered as much or little as you like. We love meeting our clients and reviewing proposals in-person. It allows us to get a better sense of your event and style so we can help make your vision come to life.

We reserve tastings for our wedding clients who may select items from their proposal to taste prior to signing an agreement. Our tasting fee is $50 per person.

When you’re ready to book, you’ll sign our agreement and remit a 50% retainer. This secures your date.

Coordination & Site Visits
We’ll coordinate our team, rentals, and any additional services that you book with us. We’ll also coordinate with your venue, event planner/day-of coordinator, and other vendors as needed so your event goes perfectly.

Depending on the needs of the event, we may do an initial planning walkthrough (this can include our rental partner and your event planner) and a final details walkthrough.

14 days before your event, we’ll confirm your final headcount, the details of your menu, and the logistics of your event.

When we arrive on the day of your event, our team of professional servers, bartenders, and on-site kitchen staff will be ready to provide exceptional service.
